Healthy Happy Hour

Do something different on a Friday night! Celebrate your healthy lifestyle by taking a 45-minute sampler class that combines fitness kickboxing with Heather Shaffer, Body Sculpt resistance training with Kirk Waidell, and Ashtanga yoga with Doug Shaffer, beginning promptly at 7:30 p.m. Please aim to arrive around 7:15 p.m. so you have time to check in and get settled in before the class begins.

Following the class, Kirk Waidell will present a 15-minute seminar on the basics of clean eating.

We also are pleased to welcome Sharon Motson, who is offering free post-workout massages, and Stephanie Baron, who is providing acupuncture relaxation treatments to attendees.

This is a great opportunity to squeeze in a workout and some other healthy activities on a Friday night instead of indulging in greasy pub food and beer or anything of the like. Register today! We need at least 25 registrants to make this event happen.

Our Healthy Happy Hour is open to the public, so invite your friends! We host this event on the final Friday of every month.

Who may attend

Fitness enthusiasts ages 18 and up are welcome to attend this event. We are allowing entry to two types of attendees:

Participants

It only costs $5 to participate in the class. If you will be participating in the class, bring a beach towel or a yoga mat, boxing or MMA gloves (if you own a pair), and a water bottle. Spectators

We are opening up a small number of seats for folks who are interested in watching the class to determine the intensity before jumping into a class. If this sounds like you, please register as a spectator. Tickets for spectators are free.
