Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction

The Kiwanis Club of Phoenixville will hold a spaghetti dinner and silent auction on Saturday, Feb. 4 at the .

The event is being held by the Kiwanis Club in partnership with the Firebird Children’s Theatre, which provides theater opportunities to children of the area. A spaghetti dinner, provided by , will be served from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. with the auction beginning at 7 p.m.

Hundreds of items will be up for bid in the silent auction with several special items offered in a live auction.

Throughout the years, the Kiwanis Club has partnered with various community groups to support their programs. This year’s dinner/auction will aid the Firebird Children’s Theatre in extending the theater experience to more children in our community and will also support Kiwanis Club projects to benefit children.

Past dinner/auctions have raised almost $90,000 and have helped furnish a children’s medical examination room at , helped fund the summer reading program of the and build a new playground for .

Recent dinner/auctions have provided scholarships to the summer camp program of the Communities That Care organization and helped build playgrounds at for  and .

It is strongly recommended that tickets be purchased in advance as total ticket sales are limited to 400 people. Tickets may be purchased through the Kiwanis Club of Phoenixville 610-933-9575 or the Firebird Children’s Theatre (610-324-8425) or from members of both organizations.
