
This trail run camp will be focused on running short trails, 2-4 miles with a mix of core exercises, strength training and endurance. If you are interested in training for an adventure run, mud run or just looking to do something new to get fit, try this camp.
This camp will vary in intensity and mix strength training with unconventional training methods such as log walks, uphill weighted climbs and more.
From beginners to advanced individuals this class is designed to benefit everyone whether you are beginning a journey into fitness or looking for something new and challenging to add to your existing routine.
