Family Event Celebrates Aviation History In Blue Bell

The 25th annual Wings N’ Wheels event is set for September 12 in Blue Bell, where there are fun ways for the whole family to engage in aviation history.

Featured displays include vintage and military aircraft, new planes and classic and antique cars.

Sightseeing flights, great food, music and a number of children’s activities will also take place.

The program will be run by the Associated Wings in association with Historic Wings Field.

Event organizers ask participants to consider a donation to Angel Flights East. AFE facilitates free air transportation for seriously ill patients who require medical treatment far from home and delivers supplies to disaster areas and reunites families in desperate times.

The event will run from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under.
