Family Of Lansdale-Area Man Seeks Help After Heart Attack
Medical expenses are piling up for the local family. The victim also has a seven-year-old son.

On December 6, tragedy struck Hatfield resident Chris McAteer.
The 32-year-old Hatfield resident and father of a seven-year-old suffered a sudden heart attack.
He was flown immediately to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, where he was in critical yet stable condition when he arrived,

Days later, his breathing tube was removed, but the medical expenses are piling up.
His family has created a GoFundMe page, the Show support for Chris McAteer Fund, to help in this difficult time.

For those of you who do not know Chris, he is a hardworking and funny guy who would do anything for anyone. He is 32 years old, and has a 7 year old son, Ian. On December 6th 2015, Chris suffered a heart attack and was flown to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia. He is in critical yet stable condition. We are asking for donations to help with the cost of medical bills and lost wages as we don’t know when he will be getting back to work. We also ask for prayers for a speedy recovery.
