North Penn holds an Innovation Celebration this evening to show off displays related to strengthening the school budget

1. North Penn School District holds its second Innovation Celebration from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the cafeteria of in Towamencin. The event will feature more than 80 displays of efforts related to cost curtailment, revenue enhancement, investments and the like for the district.
2. ’s restaurant opens to the public today, and every Wednesday, from 8:45 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
3. North Penn Parents Special Education Council presents “High School: The Student Perspective” at 7 p.m. at the . A panel of college students with special education needs will share their experiences and how they transitioned to college.

4. PennSuburban Chamber of Commerce hosts a speed networking event at noon at its offices at 34 Susquehanna Avenue, Lansdale. Cost is $20 for members and $30 for non-members. Each person has 90 seconds to meet and exchange cards with other attendees.
5. Lansdale Borough Council meets at 7 p.m. at Lansdale Borough Hall.
