Former Employee Sentenced For Stealing $2,700 From Lansdale Bank: Report
The bank allegedly conducted their own investigation before informing police.

The former head teller of a bank in Lansdale has been sentenced to jail for stealing $2,700 from the bank, according to a report by The Intelligencer.
Lansdale resident Alisha A. Peluso, 35, will serve three to 23 months in jail, the report states.
Peluso stole the money from National Penn Bank on 139 Broad Street on July 29, 2013, according to the report.

A customer came into the bank shortly before 10 a.m. on that day and made four cash deposits totaling $2,701, the report states, and then pocketed the cash.
