Franconia Man Crashes Into Public Flower Bed, Passes Out Nearby: Report

He was found slumped over the steering wheel with vomit on his pants. Cops asked him what he was doing. "Slapping (expletive)," he said.

A Franconia man has been charged for allegedly damaging public property with his car before fleeing the scene, according to a report.

The incident occurred just before 3 a.m. on November 8 when Matthew Kielbasa crashed into a raised flower bed in Hatfield, the report states.

Kielbasa was found with vomit on his pants, slumped forward over the steering wheel, sitting in a nearby parking lot at Ross department store, The Reporter said.

When police woke him up and asked him what he was doing, he said "slapping (expletive), the report states.

His blood alcohol level was .128 percent, the report states, and his driver's license was suspended at the time of his arrest.
