The project was announced as Equus Capital Partners acquired a 6.7 acre parcel of land adjacent to the station.
In addition to the apartment complex, 15,500 square feet of the ground level will be dedicated to retail, officials announced.
Units will be available for reservation next spring, and they'll be ready for move in by fall 2018.
The property was purchased from the Lansdale Parking Authority, which said they no longer needed the lot due to the construction of the parking garage.
It will feature one and two bedroom apartments, an outdoor pool, fitness center, lounge areas, indoor dog wash, and a package delivery center.
