Hatfield's Madison Montgomery Apartments have been sold, and renovations are on the way.
HATFIELD, PA — Hatfield's Madison Montgomery Apartments have been sold, and renovations are on the way.
Morgan Properties, a massive real estate investment and management company, is the buyer. Madison Montgomery is a 264-unit apartment and townhome community on 2701 Elroy Road. It has been rebranded as Montgomery Manor.
“Montgomery Manor is an exciting addition to our portfolio. The previous owner invested a great deal in exterior redevelopment, allowing us to acquire a beautiful community with the appearance you would expect of Class-A apartments and townhomes," Christine Beechan, area vice president of Morgan Properties, said in a press release.

The property underwent $17.5 million in renovations in 2008, and Morgan is planning additional upgrades.
