Hillary Clinton To Reportedly Make Stop In Montco

The Democratic National Convention may be over in Philadelphia, but Hillary Clinton isn't leaving just yet.

The first female candidate for president in United States history will be in Hatfield Township on Friday afternoon, the day after she accepted the nomination at the convention in the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

WNPV first reported the campaign stop, which is expected to occur in the early afternoon. Clinton is expected to visit the toy maker K’NEX at some point during the afternoon. K'NEX is located at 2990 Bergey Road.

Hatfield Township police will organize security for the event along with the Secret Service.

During the primary season, Clinton opened a campaign office in Ambler.
