'I Prolly Had Ur Pics': North Penn Grad Pleads Not Guilty, Report Says
The North Penn graduate has denied all charges that he shared nude photos of girls in his high school class online.

The Montgomery Township man charged with collecting and distributing nude photos of his high school classmates at North Penn High School has pleaded not guilty to all charges, according to The Reporter.
Brandon Tyler Berlin, 19, allegedly created a Dropbox.com account that contained nude photos of several current and former students, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman.
A juvenile female reported the website to Ambler police to March 7, 2015, according to the DA.

The website contained numerous sexually explicit pictures of females, many of them under the age of 18, and many of them current or former students at North Penn High School, the DA said.
Berlin received the photographs from sources other than himself, but it was Berlin alone who took the “extraordinary step” of compiling the images and putting them online, according to the DA.

Berlin then sent the link out to others to view the graphic images, the DA said.
Within the Drop Box account, the folder that had many of the graphic images was entitled “I prolly had ur pics,” according to the DA.
This was Berlin’s senior year quote in the 2015 North Penn High School yearbook, the DA said.
Because Berlin was a juvenile when he allegedly committed these acts, he will be charged as a juvenile, according to the DA.
His bail was set at $10,000.
