According to 6abc.com, two tickets worth $250,000 each were sold at Philly's News Stand, 3302 S. Convention Ave., Philadelphia and Wister Beer Distributor, 5765 Wister St., Philadelphia.

To win $250,000 in Mega Millions, you have to match all five white balls and not the Mega Ball.

In fact, there were five tickets worth $250,000 in the lottery. All five were sold in Pennsylvania.

The other three locations where $250,000 tickets were sold:

Mike's Bilo, 32 S. Fifth St., Reynoldsville, Jefferson County

7-Eleven, 444 Route 519, Eighty Four, Washington County

Rutters, 2125 Susquehanna Trail, York, Pa.

There's already a debate going on between the three big winners of the $656 million jackpot.

There was one winner each in Maryland, Illinois and Kansas.

According to the 6abc.com article, a 37-year-old Haitian immigrant and McDonald's worker, Mirlande Willson, is fighting over who owns the winning ticket.

According to the article, Willson claims she bought the winning ticket; her co-workers say she was part of an office pool.

According to Stephen Martino, the director of the Maryland Lottery, one of the winning tickets purchased has yet to be claimed.

According to lottery rules in Maryland and northeast Kansas, winners can remain anonymous.

Illinois doesn't have that rule.

The unknown winner bought the ticket in Red Bud, IL.

ABC News found a man named Gary Liefer at a bar in Red Bud. There's a rumor he's the winner.
