And your puppy of the week for Lansdale is...

Here's what his family has to say about him:

Meet Frankie, our 11 year old cockapoo, who is the mascot of 4th & Chestnut streets in Lansdale. He is so friendly and acts like he wants to play ball with everyone that walks by our yard, just don't try to get that ball! We always know when someone is approaching not because he barks but because that little tail starts twirling a mile a minute. Very few passersby know our name, but everyone knows Frankie. He's our pleasure.

Participating in the Puppy of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing justin.heinze@patch.com. Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pup, and a paragraph about what makes him or her so great. You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pup on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present puppy, or it can be a baby picture of the adult hound you're so proud of today.
