Lansdale Business Of The Month: Walton Oil

LANSDALE, PA -- A business operating in Lansdale for the better part of a century has been named the October business of the month by the Borough of Lansdale.

Walton Oil, founded in 1921, provides heating, ventilating, and air conditioning services to residents in the greater Lansdale area.

The borough had the following to say about the business in their write-up:

"For more than 85 years, Clyde S. Walton has provided outstanding service to communities in the North Penn area. Founder Clyde Snyder Walton started his business in 1921 at the corner of Broad and Hancock Streets in Lansdale, the same spot the company occupies today. Today, Walton’s installs several hundred heating and air conditioning systems a year and boasts 49 employees, 8 delivery trucks and 30 service vehicles."

Walton Oil is located on 400 South Broad Street.
