Lansdale Cannoneers Named December 'Business of the Month'

LANSDALE, PA -- The borough of Lansdale has named the Lansdale Cannoneers Sportsmen's Club their latest "business of the month" for December.

The borough had the following to say about the organization on their website:

"Lansdale Cannoneers believe that participation in the sports of football and cheerleading, for both boys and girls, can serve as an important part of a child’s education and development. Accordingly, Cannoneer programs strive to provide children with positive exposure to the ideals of team play and fairness and to the idea that concentrated effort can help achieve goals. These goals are achieved in an atmosphere that emphasizes fun in the sports and builds self-esteem in every child that participates. As a staple in the community for seventy years, the Cannoneers have enhanced the development of sports while encouraging lifelong community involvement."

The Cannoneers are located on 500 W. Fifth Street.
