Lansdale Gets $308K From State For Intersection Improvements

Six intersections around the borough will see major improvements in the near future, state officials said.

LANSDALE, PA — The borough of Lansdale will receive a massive $308,900 grant from the state to improve six different intersections around the area, state officials announced this week.

Specifically, the upgrades will target new push buttons, LED countdown pedestrian heads, and ADA curb ramp upgrades.

“Investing in local roads and infrastructure makes our communities safer, more walkable and better connected,” State Sen. Maria Collett said. “I was proud to work alongside my colleagues in the house to support key projects strengthening travel and accessibility across the 12th District.”
