The man is accused of promoting the prostitution of a local 16-year-old girl. He faces 411 years in prison.

LANSDALE, PA --A Lansdale man has been charged with human trafficking and promoting the prostitution of a 16-year-old girl, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office said.

Kieffer allegedly handled all communications with customers, including pricing, meeting times, and delivering the girl to and from each client, according to the DA.

During this period, Kieffer also drove the victim to Philly and had her purchase heroin and cocaine.

The victim’s parents notified authorities when she went missing in October. Authorities found her with Kieffer in Orlando, Florida, where Kieffer was scheduled to appear in court in an unrelated case. He was taken into custody there.

Kieffer is charged with a wide variety of felonies, including eight counts of first degree felony charges and 32 counts of second and third degree charges, the DA said. Charges include trafficking, concealment of the whereabouts of a child, prostitution, corruption of a minor, and much more.

If convicted, Kieffer could face up to 411 years of incarceration.

Kieffer is a former airline pilot, the DA said. He was recognized with a special accommodation by the Federal Aviation Administration in February of 2013, according to the Aviation Business Gazette.

Bail was set at $5 million. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:45 p.m. on February 25.
