Lansdale Man Convicted For Raping 5-Year-Old Girl: Report
The convict was a former choir director who worked with children with disabilities.

A Lansdale man was convicted on Thursday of raping a 5-year-old girl in 2011 and 2012, according to a story in The Reporter.
Samuel Benjamin Arthur, 43, was visiting the home of the girl when he committed the acts, the report states.
Arthur’s wife stood beside him “stone-faced” as the verdict was read, according to the report.

Arthur, a choir director at a church who worked for an organization supporting physically and developmentally disabled children, maintained his innocence, the report states.
The girl told her father Arthur had sexually assaulted her a year and a half after the incident, per the report.
