Lansdale Man Pleads Guilty To Vandalizing Church
The man broke into a local church in October and "left a big mess."

LANSDALE, PA -- A Hatfield man has pleaded guilty breaking into and vandalizing Trinity Lutheran Church in October, according to court documents.
Christopher Orion Rhoads, 32, of Hatfield, allegedly broke into the church sometime during the night of October 5, according to church officials.
He left a "big mess," church officials said, but there was only a small amount of damage, and much of that damage was quickly repaired.

The large red Presider’s book on the altar was destroyed, but no bibles or hymnals were damaged, the church said.
“Please pray for this man,” a spokesman for the church said in October.

There was a brief manhunt for Rhoads, as he was not immediately captured after the incident.
Sentencing has not yet been scheduled.
