Lansdale Man Sentenced After Cutting Out Exhaust System From Girlfriend's Car: Report
The suspect is a mechanic, and had reportedly "threatened damage" to her vehicle during a previous dispute.

A Lansdale man has been arrested for sentenced cutting the exhaust system out of his ex-girlfriend’s car and selling it in a junkyard, according to The Reporter.
Brian Joseph Beck, 37, of Pierce Street, is a mechanic, and had allegedly threatened damage to her vehicle during previous arguments, the report states.
Beck will spend the next 113 days to 23 months in jail for the offense, according to court documents.

When the girlfriend went to start the car on November 7, it was very loud, and she instantly suspected Beck when she saw missing parts had been cut away, according to the report.
The system was allegedly sold by Beck for $100 at a nearby junkyard in a transaction in which he used the name “John Stoner,” the report states.
