Lansdale Man, Vietnam Vet, Pharmaceutical Employee, Passes At 75

LANSDALE, PA -- Peter P. Chiavaroli, 75, a longtime resident of Lansdale, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017. Born March 14, 1942, in Steubenville, OH, he was the son of the late Patsy S. and Rose (Miszaros) Chiavaroli.

Peter was employed at William H. Rorer Pharmaceutical for 35 years and more recently at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical.

He was a member of St. Stanislaus Church, Lansdale and a Life member of the VFW, Sons of Italy, and the American Legion. He was a Vietnam veteran who served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by a brother, Arnold Miszaros, and his wife, Barbara, of Gulfport, FL. In addition to his parents, Peter was preceded in death by his twin brother, Daniel.

There will be a viewing from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, PA 19446. The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, PA. For those attending the Mass, please arrive by 9:45 a.m.

Interment the following day, Thursday, May 4, 2017, in Follansbee, WV.
