Cordenner and Sweigard were found in the driveway of Cordenner's ex-boyfriend's home, with a loaded 9mm Taurus G2c and a pair of night vision goggles, police said.

Cordenner was "combative" when police arrived and tried to resist arrest, authorities said.

Due to a past felony conviction, Cordenner was not legally allowed to own a firearm, police said. It was purchaed for him by Sweigard back on Oct. 5.

A search warrant executed on Cordenner's house turned up a taser, ballistics vest, holsters, a suppressor, ammunition, and three other weapons, including an AR-15, according to authorities. Two of those guns were bought for Cordenner by Sweigard.

Cordenner was charged with resisting arrest and loitering and prowling at night along with several firearms charges. Bail was set at $250,000.

Sweigard was charged with making the illegal firearms purchases on Cordenner's behalf. Her bail was set at $75,000.

Both were booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility and a preliminary hearing is set for March 5.
