Lansdale Pup Of The Week: Leela

LANSDALE, PA — The week's submissions are in, and this week's puppy of the week for the Lansdale area is Leela.

Here's what Leela's family has to say about what makes her so special:

My puppy's name is Leela. She is a 10 month old mutt. She doesn't mind though, when people ask us "what is she?" we always say "cute!" She is a super friendly bundle of love who will never turn down a belly rub or a chance to cuddle on the couch. She is a total dork who has a complicated relationship with squirrels and knows she's smarter than all of us. She deserves all the love in the world and we are happy to give it to her! She was rescued down south and brought to Lansdale where we adopted her from Pets Plus when she was 2 months old and we visit often to spoil her with pig ears. Although we were laughably unprepared for a puppy, Leela has taught us patience and unconditional love. I can't imagine our life without her. We are really the luckiest puppy parents in the world and she is our best friend.
