Lansdale Real Estate Market Statistics February 2014

The February 2014 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are now officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.  Year to date in Montgomery County, settled single family homes were down 1.19% from last year.  The average sales price in Montgomery County came in at $311,000 up 4.71% from the previous year.  Looking at our surrounding counties, Bucks County was down 1.32% at an average sales price of $325,000, Chester County was up 1.66% at an average of $337,000, Delaware County was down 15.82% at $257,000, and lastly Philadelphia County was down 12.25 % in settled single family homes at an average sales price of $176,000.
