Lansdale Real Estate Market Statistics June 2014

The June 2014 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.  Year to date in Montgomery County, settled single family homes were down 6.21% from the previous year.  The average sales price of these homes was $319,000 up .63% from last year.  Looking at the surrounding counties, Bucks County was down 4.8% in settled single family homes at an average sales price of $333,000, Chester County down 8.93% at $360,000, Delaware County down 6.07% at $258,000, and lastly Philadelphia County was down 9.20% at an average sales price of $184,000.
