Lansdale Real Estate Market Statistics March 2014

The March 2014 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are now officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.  Year to date for Montgomery County, settled single family homes were down 4.40% from last year.  The average sales price for settled single family homes in March 2014 was $310,000 up 4.03% from the previous year.  Looking at our surrounding counties, Bucks County was up .51% in settled single family homes at $317,000 for the average sales price, Chester County was down 4.12% at $351,000, Delaware County was down 9.65% at $244,000, and lastly Philadelphia County was down 10.26% in settled single family homes at an average sales price of $174,000.
