Personal training and event training (5k, obstacle course races, triathlons)

Why start a business in this town?

"I’ve lived in this town my whole life and believe in supporting the community around me. I want to support and be a part of the growing small businesses in Lansdale."

What have been your most difficult challenges?

"Marketing to new businesses and finding new platforms to advertise ."

What has been your proudest achievement?

"Getting and retaining new clients, being recommended by previous clients."

How do you give back to the local community?

"My business gives back to the community by getting involved with fundraisers to support local teams and charities. I’ve also started a community fitness program that’s open to all abilities and ages to promote a healthy lifestyle. I also offer education and resources to other small health-related business owners in the area to not only supplement what I do, but support other business owners like me who rely on word of mouth."
