How did you come up with the name?

"I believe in being a solution oriented person and a lot of my coaching focuses on finding solutions to health but also overall wellness.

Why start a business in this town?

"I love Lansdale. My husband and I moved here because we believe in the walkable small town, main street movement."

What business are you in?

"I am a lifestyle and wellness coach. My moto is “Experience Wholistic Happiness”. This means that we need to look at the big picture and unexpected elements of life to be happy and well."

What's the most difficult challenge you've faced as a business owner?

"Getting the word out. Helping people understand that a healthy lifestyle is fun."

What's been your proudest achievement since opening?

"Developing my own nutrition program called FUEL. It focuses on helping people connect food to how they feel physically and emotionally so they are equipped with real data and information to make the best food choices for their own body – not the latest internet craze. FUEL is a 6 week in person group program that includes online support."

How does your business give back to the community?

"I volunteer at the Lansdale Farmers Market and like to promote eating local farm foods. RKT Wellness Solutions hosts educational events featuring local farm raised foods alongside other fitness and wellness professionals in hopes of creating a healthier community."
