Lansdale Teacher Honored With 'Excellence Award'

Congratulations!

The North Penn School District (NPSD) is proud to announce that Technology Education teacher at North Penn High School Curt Reichwein was presented the Teacher Excellence Award at a recent conference for the Technology and Engineering Education Association of Pennsylvania.

Sponsored by the Technology and Engineering Education Association of Pennsylvania (TEEAP) and the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA), the Teacher Excellence Award is one of the highest honors given to Technology & Engineering Education teachers on the elementary, middle or high school levels. It is presented in recognition of outstanding contributions to the profession and students. Teachers from all over the state compete for this honor every year.

Reichwein has been a Technology and Engineering Education educator for 18 years, all of which have been spent with the North Penn School District. He also serves as a Project Lead the Way Master teacher, which has allowed him to impact change in engineering education at a national level.
