Lansdale Weekend Events: Free Movie, 'Minion' Breakfast, More

The following events are taking place in and around Lansdale this weekend, according to the Hulafrog community calendar:
There is a community showing Hotel Transylvania 2 at the Lansdale Public Library on 301 Vine St from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday evening. The page says of the film:
Hotel Transylvania 2 ‘ PG Run Time: 89 minutes Hotel owner Dracula (voice of Adam Sandler) is concerned that his half-human grandson Dennis isn’t embracing his vampire heritage. He and his fellow ghouls put Dennis through a “monster-in-training” boot camp, but their efforts are complicated by the arrival of Dracula’s dad, a traditionalist vampire named Vlad (Mel Brooks). Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, Kevin James, Steve Buscemi, David Spade, Keegan-Michael Key, Fran Drescher, Molly Shannon, Megan Mullally, Nick Offerman, Dana Carvey, and Rob Riggle also lend their voices to this animated sequel. This program is free. Library membership is not required to attend.

On Saturday morning, from 10 a.m. to noon, the Kids Club will hold a creative craft event for children at the Montgomeryville Michael’s Arts and Crafts on 1231 Knapp Road.
Drop in for Kids Club from 9-3pm on Saturday, January 30th where your little makers will make a Heart Flower. Just $2 per child for 30 minutes of creative, craft fun ‘ supplies included!

Finally, on Sunday, there will be a “Minion” Breakfast at Mater Dei Catholic School’s Drexel Hall.
The school is located at Saint Maria Goretti in Hatfield, and will take place from 10:30 a.m. until noon .
Assemble all the minions! Join Mater Dei Catholic School for breakfast and crafts. Wear your favorite Minion apparel! Make your reservation by January 22...last year’s Frozen breakfast sold out.
