Lansdale Woman Charged With Homicide For Dealing Fatal Heroin Dose: DA
A Lansdale heroin dealer has been charged with criminal homicide in the overdose death of a 22-year-old woman, the DA said.

LANSDALE, PA -- A Lansdale heroin dealer has been charged with criminal homicide, drug delivery resulting in death, in the fatal overdose of a 22-year-old woman in November, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said. Julie Parker, 26, was arrested this week.
Parker had been sending Facebook messages to Hatfield's Isabelle Lowrie, 22, on November 24, according to authorities. The messages revealed that Parker was planning on driving to Philadelphia to buy heroin, and would deliver two bags and a syringe to Lowrie's home.
Lowrie took the drugs the next day and died on her bathroom floor on November 25, the DA said.

An autopsy revealed that Lowrie had a combination of heroin and the opioid fentanyl in her system, which is 40 to 50 times more deadly than heroin, according to authorities.
"Isabelle Lowrie died by someone poisoning her, and that someone was a drug dealer," DA Kevin Steele said. "I want to be loud and clear with this message: if you deal drugs like pills, heroin, or fentanyl and we can prove that the drugs you sold caused someone's death, you will be charged with homicide."
