Large Fire Breaks Out In Salford Twp.
Dry weather and wind gusts have brought an elevated fire risk to the area.
SALFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — A major fire broke out in Salford Township on Thursday, drawing a response from several area companies.
The blaze began at around 12:50 p.m. near the intersection of Beltz Road and Ridge Road.
Officials said the fire originated in a barn on a rural property.

The Tylersport Fire Company described it as a commercial building.
