Join us for our 15th annual 5K DASH Against Domestic Violence on October 19, 2014! Come out for a crisp fall morning and enjoy a run or walk along a certified course that winds through Upper Gwynedd Township and North Wales Borough. Proceeds from the 5K will go directly to support Laurel House’s domestic violence shelter and supportive services, including Nehemiah’s Way program, which provides transitional housing for survivors of domestic violence, as well as counseling provided out of our North Wales office, and the Domestic Abuse Reponse Team (DART) program. The event is Rain or Shine. Event will be timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Company. We hope you will join us for a fun morning. Bring your friends, family, and four-legged friends too! There will be a balloon artist, face painting, chair massages, and plenty of food! Laurel House is dedicated to the vision of ending domestic violence in each life, home, and community. Overall male and female will be awarded a Runner’s Survival Kit with all the essentials. Top 1,2,3 female and male age group winners.

$30 before 10/16; $35 race day
