Little League World Series 2015: Pennsylvania Versus Texas Goes Down To The Wire
It was a fateful battle to determine the right to play for the United States bracket championship.
A tide of destiny seems to be sweeping over Red Land Little League.
The York County team is playing unstoppable baseball. They defeated Pearland West Little League, the Texas champions, by a final score of 3-0.
The game began with exceptionally low scoring, as through two innings, Red Land was held to just one hit. But they led 1-0.

They tacked on two more runs with just a few hits, including a home run from Cole Wagner, but that’s all the scoring the offensive-minded Red Land would do.
It was on the shoulders of their shutout pitching that they outlasted Pearland. Adam Cramer and Jaden Henline combined to strike out 15 batters and throw six shutout innings.

Their win pushes them a game farther than Mo’ne Davis and Philadelphia’s Taney Dragons made it during their famed run in the summer of 2014.
Red Land will now play the winner of a matchup between the Southwest and the West for the United States Championship on Saturday.
