Live Well Lansdale: A chance at a newfound quality of life
Good news, there is an upcoming meditation course that will sort through all your stress and hashtags in order to to renew the inner you.

Luck has no clear-cut definition, but Lansdale has clearly got it! We’re in yet another year, and no deep freeze can stop Lansdale’s spirit, with community events, historical headlines, polarizing pageants, big lottery pots, and art shows. Coming up at the end of this month is a huge opportunity for the community to make this year a good one, no matter what comes our way. Luck never brings just one thing in particular, but there is always a certain goodness that shows its face when it’s near.
In October of last year, the North Wales Library hosted a special course in our area, which was called Sahaj Samadhi. In Sanskrit, Sahaj means natural or effortless and samadhi means deep meditation. Historically, Sahaj Samadhi has been strictly an esoteric luxury to behold; presently, we all have the opportunity to inform ourselves about meditation and cultivate this effortless awareness.

Awareness is the seed for positive change; it is the foreground you have to trek through to get to knowledge; awareness invigorates you as an individual to become a contributing member of the greater public.
Everyone, as we all are, can empower ourselves; meditation is a straightforward and reliable practice that reveals how to do so. To every person this revelation feels and works differently, but goodness is sure to present its smile across your face once you’ve reached a meditative state for the first time.

The Art of Living Foundation has facilitated such courses since the 1980s, innovating health consciousness, stress relief practices, peace and mediation efforts, self-awareness, and what it means to “live well” worldwide.
