Longtime Lansdale Resident, Owner Of Local Market, Dies At 95
She operated Ray's Market with her husband in Lansdale for years. Rest in peace.

Eleanor M. Snyder of Lansdale Eleanor M. Snyder went to be with the Lord on January 26 at the age of 95.
She was a long time resident of Lansdale and operated Ray’s Market in Lansdale for many years with her husband Raymond E. Snyder who passed away in 1998.

Eleanor had six siblings, only one of which is surviving, Jack Gibbs of New Jersey. She had two sons: Paul who was deceased on August 31, 2015 and Raymond F. Snyder and his wife Mary Lynne of Lions Gate, Souderton.
Also surviving are two grandchildren, Bruce Snyder and Cheryl Scarlett along with four great grandchildren. She loved her Bible, scrabble, cross word puzzles, crafts, and flowers. She was a talented person. Her husband called her “Mrs. Fixit”. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
