Man Struck, Killed Walking Across The Street In Lansdale

LANSDALE, PA — Police are continuing to investigate after a man was struck and killed by a vehicle in Lansdale in December, they announced this week.

The incident occurred on Dec. 22 at 8:48 p.m. near the intersection of Church Road and Station Square Boulevard.

The victim, 57-year-old Victor Bonanni, was walking across Church Road near Pennbrook Parkway when a vehicle heading south hit him, police said.

The driver remained on the scene.

Bonanni was taken by VMSC to Lansdale Hospital, where he later died.

Lansdale Police were assisted on the scene by the Hatfield, Towamencin, Montgomery Township, Upper Gwynedd police departments.

No criminal charges have yet been filed.
