Man Wanted By Hatfield Police For Terroristic Threats, Assault
The suspect is aware of the warrant and has 'refused to surrender himself' on multiple occasions.
Hatfield police have issued an arrest warrant for a Philadelphia man wanted for terroristic threats and simple assault.
Police initially issued a warrant for the rest of Kevin Matthews, 57, on September 28.
He is also wanted for harassment, police said.

Matthews' last known residence is on the 300 block of Ashdale Street in Philadelphia.
