HATFIELD, PA — Police in Hatfield are asking for the public's help in tracking down a man wanted for strangulation and simple assault.
Richard Fred Stoltz, 27, has a last known address of the 3200 block of Keim Street in Philadelphia.
Police added that he is also known to frequent the Norristown area.
