Man Who Allegedly Raped Woman Passed Out At Towamencin Party Goes To Trial: Report

The incident occurred at a high school party.

A 18-year-old man who was charged with raping a woman who passed out at a party in Towamencin Township in March has been ordered to trial, according to a story by The Reporter.

Kevin Michael Pondexter was arrested in June for felony rape and related charges, the report states.

He will be arraigned on September 21 for first degree felony rape of unconscious victim, according to the report.

The victim told police that she went to a party hosted by a high school friend on March 27, the report said, and became intoxicated, eventually passing out in the basement.

Sometime between 2:30 and 3 a.m., according to the woman’s friend, she saw Pondexter on top of the woman with his pants down while she was still passed out, the report said.
