Tabor, A Family of Services is looking for mentors to support youth in Schwenksville. This mentoring program focuses on matching adult volunteers with youth ages 14-21 as they prepare to leave the foster care system. As adolescence is always an uncertain time, these individuals need additional and consistent support as they begin on their journey to independence.
