'Yoshi' The Parrot Missing In Montco; Police Say Last Sighting Was Saturday

HATFIELD, PA — Have you seen a parrot flying around outside in northern Montgomery County? A Hatfield resident has been missing their pet bird "Yoshi" since Saturday, police said.
Specifically, Yoshi is a Hahn's macaw, a subspecies of the red-shouldered macaw. These small parrots have a green body and red under their wings and can make very shrill, loud calls according to the World Parrot Trust.
Police said the bird went missing from the Hatfield Village Apartments area on Maple Avenue.
