LOWER SALFORD, PA — A missing teenager is known to frequent the Lower Salford area and police are asking for the public's help in finding her.

Geyahna Medwatz was last seen when she left her West Rockhill Township home sometime between midnight and 6:30 a.m. on March 21.

Police said she left most of her belongings in her cell phone.

She has a deactivated cell phone which she has used in the past to communicate on social media.

Police said she has a history of mental health concerns and that she is in need of medication.

"There is some concern for her wellbeing based of comments she made earlier in the day on March 20 while at school about harming herself," Pennridge Police said. "But according to family she was in good spirits the night before she went missing It is also unknown what clothing GG was wearing when she left."
