Montgomery Twp. Man Pleads Guilty To Sexual Assault Of Children

MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, PA - A Montgomery Township man has pleaded guilty on charges that he exposed himself to three children and had them touch his genitals, according to a report.

David Phillip Henry, 65, was arrested in April of 2015 after children told their parents about the abuse, The Reporter said.

The children went through a forensic interview at the Montgomery County’s Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center and provided authorities with further details, according to the report.

Henry turned himself in on April 17, 2015 at Montgomery Township and provided a formal confession, the report states.

His sentencing is due in April of 2016.
