Motorcar Makeovers Named Top Service Advisor

, which moved to its current facility at 1995 Morris Rd. in Blue Bell in 2007, has been received a number of awards and commendations for customer service, expertise and more.

Of those, their newest award is the Top Service Advisor by Auto Profit Masters. The award is based on customer service awards, the volume of work that the shop in Blue Bell does, and being “mystery shopped.”

Scott Jacobs, founder of Motorcar Makeovers, was named in the Top Service Award, however, he told Patch, “Everybody at the shop contributed…we work as a team.”

Motorcar Makeovers was ranked third out of 267 repair shops in the country for this award.

This is the first year that Motorcar Makeovers received the Top Service Advisor Award.

Motorcar Makeovers has also been rated in the top five auto repair shops in Montgomery County by Checkbook.org and has received a Super Service award from Angie’s List.

Jacobs opened Motorcar Makeovers in 1995 in Northeast Philadelphia and in 1997 moved the business to Welsh Rd. in Montgomeryville. After 10 years in Montgomeryville, the business moved to Blue Bell, where they have been “able to succeed and prosper as one of the most elite repair facilities in the entire area,” according to their website.
