New Coronavirus Testing Site Opening In Lansdale

Coronavirus testing will begin at a Rite Aid in Lansdale next week.

LANSDALE, PA — A Rite Aid in Lansdale will open a coronavirus testing site next week, further expanding the testing options available for area residents.

The site will be located at the store on 1856 N. Broad Street. Testing will be free.

It's currently slated to open on Monday, May 11.

Appointments can be booked online here. The Lansdale location will appear under the Pennsylvania section on that site in the coming days.

To be tested, individuals must only complete a pre-screening form online at the appointment page.

The new site joins multiple other testing locations in the county, including the Norristown site for residents of the municipality, and the Montgomery County Community College testing site.

In addition, a one-day site is opening in Pottstown on Saturday.

Montgomery County has 4,939 cases and 405 confirmed deaths from coronavirus as of Friday afternoon.
