New Pour House Location Opens In North Wales

The "Better Beer Bar," connected to the PJ Whelihans chain, has opened a new location in Montgomery County.

Looking for a damn fine snack or a damn fine brew? Look no father than the Pour House, which has taken traditional pub fare and transformed it into a reason to go to the bar in the first place.

The restaurant that just opened on Airport Circle, across from the Montgomery Mall, will become the third Pour House, with locations also in Exton and Haddon Township, NJ.

The menu is full of unique takes on old classics, from seafood and burgers to sandwiches. But the most distinct aspect of their menu is “Bar Snacks” and “Little Bites” section.

Pour House also features one of the largest and most diverse beer selections in the Delaware Valley. Their rotating tap list contains dozens of choices, many from local breweries, but also West Coast gems that, until recently, were hard to find many places east of the Mississippi, like New Belgium and Great Lakes.

Restaurant managers were particularly excited about the outdoor patio that was in the midst of being completed.

“Montgomery County was tremendously helpful and accommodating to us as we got the permits for this,” said Chris Webb Director of Operations.

The Pour House is located on 29 Airport Square in North Wales.
