Stove and Tap is hiring and they are have announced they will open on March 4, The Reporter said.

Stove and Tap will be moving in to 329 West Main Street, replacing Molly McGuires, which had become a local landmark there over the years.
The locale will feature American beers and wines and local foods, and owners are hoping that it is a “lasting feature” in Lansdale, not just a “pop-up,” according to The Reporter.

Weathers and Moyer are installing a wood-fired grill for chef Benjamin “Biff” Gottehrer, who was a sous chef at The Dandelion, El Vez, and JG Domestic. They’re planning an approachable menu including classic American dishes, Italian American pastas, rustic flatbreads, and bold, smoked foods. Only American wine and microbrews will be offered.
