
LANSDALE, PA -- nine North Penn High School (NPHS) field hockey players have been nominated to the 2015 NFHCA / Keith Waldman – Optimal Performance Associates High School National Academic Squad, the North Penn School District announced Tuesday.
The High School National Academic Squad program recognizes high school seniors and juniors who have achieved a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 or the equivalent through the first quarter of the 2015-2016 school year.
These NPHS field hockey team members include Amber Blackshear, Jennifer Delongis, Emma Herb, Kristin Kelly, Morgan Rimmer, Brynne Schoppe and Jenna Whitman.

Seniors and juniors who have achieved a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.9 out of 4.0 or the equivalent through the first quarter of the 2015-2016 school year are recognized as Scholars of Distinction. These NPHS field hockey team members include Sophie Kim and Seema Sajjan.
